At M Square Motivation & Corporate Training, we recently completed two high-impact virtual training programs for Global Connect Solutions in collaboration with Baker Hughes. Both sessions were designed to strengthen workplace communication, leadership presence, and professional confidence across diverse teams.
The programs included:
• Soft Skills Training Session
• Leadership Training Session
Each session was delivered as a focused three-hour virtual workshop, engaging employees across locations while maintaining practical relevance and real-world application.
The primary goal of these sessions was simple and clear:
to help professionals communicate better, lead with confidence, and handle workplace interactions more effectively.
The training focused on:
• Clear and confident communication
• Professional behavior in virtual and cross-functional environments
• Leadership mindset and ownership
• Listening skills and response clarity
• Handling workplace conversations calmly and effectively
Rather than theory-heavy sessions, the programs were designed to be interactive and practical. Participants were actively involved through:
• Real-life workplace scenarios
• Open discussions
• Practical communication exercises
• Leadership reflection moments
This ensured that learning was not just understood but experienced.
Both sessions were completed successfully with strong participation and engagement. The feedback discussions during the sessions reflected improved awareness, clarity, and confidence among participants.
We are currently awaiting formal feedback from the participants and stakeholders, which will further help us measure the impact and strengthen future engagements.
At M Square Motivation, we believe training should create visible change, not just good sessions. These programs reaffirm our commitment to delivering practical, people-focused training that supports real workplace growth.
We thank Global Connect Solutions and Baker Hughes for the trust and opportunity to work with their teams. We look forward to continued collaboration and future learning initiatives.
