M David Raj, Founder and CEO of M Square Motivation and Corporate Training, Hyderabad, has successfully completed a one-month Online Certificate Course on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), conducted by Legal Research and Analysis (LRA Legal Services Pvt Ltd), a Ministry of Corporate Affairs registered organisation recognised under Startup India and MSME.

The course, held between August and September 2026, focused on the legal framework of the POSH Act, 2013, covering statutory obligations of employers, the constitution and functioning of Internal Committees, and the practical handling of workplace complaints.

This certification adds to David's existing body of work in POSH awareness, following the publication of his book "When a Complaint Walks Through the Door: The Practical POSH Manual," written for Internal Committee members and HR professionals.

With over 24 years of corporate leadership and training experience, David continues to expand his focus on workplace safety and compliance training, delivering POSH awareness sessions for organisations across Hyderabad.

Commenting on the completion of the course, David said, "Understanding the legal process behind a POSH complaint is just as important as recognising the behaviour itself. This course has strengthened that foundation for me, and I look forward to bringing this deeper understanding into the sessions I conduct for organisations."
