Over the past two weeks, M Square Motivation & Corporate Training completed two POSH Employee Awareness sessions, one on 12 September and another on 23 September 2026. Between them, more than 70 professionals registered interest, and both sessions closed with a 4.5-star rating from attendees.
Numbers like that are worth pausing on. They are not a marketing statistic. They are a signal that employees actually want this training, not because it is mandated, but because it answers questions they have been carrying quietly: what actually counts as harassment, where does the workplace legally end, and what happens if I report something.
When I designed this Employee Awareness session, I built it around a simple idea: most people have never had the POSH Act explained to them in plain language. They have seen a policy document circulated once at onboarding, maybe a poster in the break room, and little else. The Act itself, and the protections it actually offers, remain unfamiliar even to people who have worked for years under its coverage.
The session walks through the real scope of the law: where the workplace extends beyond the office (travel, remote work, off-site events), what the welcome versus unwelcome test actually means, how to report a concern, and what confidentiality genuinely guarantees. It also spends real time on a fear I hear constantly in these rooms: "what if I'm wrongly accused?" Clearing up that fear honestly, rather than brushing past it, is often what turns a passive audience into an engaged one.
A well-run Employee Awareness session does two things at once. It fulfills the statutory training obligation every employer carries under the POSH Act, and it genuinely shifts how a workforce understands its own rights and responsibilities. The second outcome is the one that actually changes a workplace's culture over time.
If your organization's last POSH training was a one-time formality years ago, or you are setting up this training for the first time, I would be glad to bring the same session to your team.
