HYDERABAD, September 2026: M David Raj, Founder and CEO of M Square Motivation and Corporate Training, has completed a one-month Online Certificate Course on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) from Legal Research and Analysis (LRA Legal Services Pvt Ltd), a Ministry of Corporate Affairs registered legal training organisation recognised under Startup India and the Ministry of MSME.

The certification, completed between August and September 2026, covers the statutory framework of the POSH Act, 2013, including employer obligations, Internal Committee formation, and complaint handling procedures.

This development comes as David expands his focus on workplace safety compliance training.
