M Square Motivation Completes Two POSH Employee Awareness Sessions in September

M Square Motivation & Corporate Training successfully delivered two POSH Employee Awareness sessions this month, held on 12 September and 23 September 2026. The sessions, led by Founder & CEO M David Raj, drew strong registered interest, over 70 participants combined, and received a 4.5-star rating from attendees.

Each session covered the fundamentals of the POSH Act, 2013, including the scope of the workplace, recognizing unwelcome conduct, the reporting process, and confidentiality protections. M David Raj, a Certified POSH Compliance Trainer and Permanent Life Member of ISTD Hyderabad, continues to deliver POSH Awareness and Internal Committee training for organizations across Hyderabad and Telangana.
