M David Raj, Founder and Chief Trainer of M Square Motivation & Corporate Training, conducted a full-day in-house training programme for employees of Thermopads Pvt Ltd at its Unit-1 facility in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, on 11 August 2026.
The programme was structured as two separate half-day sessions for two different groups of participants: Effective Communication Skills in the first half, and Presentation Skills in the second.
The communication skills session centred on the Communication Impact Model, addressing how words, tone of voice, and body language each contribute to how a message is received. The presentation skills session that followed introduced a 3 V's framework, Verbal, Vocal, and Visual, with participants working in small teams to research and deliver mini-presentations to the group.
Both sessions were run as interactive, activity-based workshops rather than lecture-format training, with participants working in table groups and using props, charts, and role-play exercises throughout the day.
